Please read these terms carefully before using the Khan Familia Travels platform. By continuing, you agree to be bound by them.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Khan Familia Travels platform (“the Platform”), including its website and any associated mobile or web applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Khan Familia Travels. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility & Account

To use the Platform you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account you represent that you are 18 or older.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • You may not create more than one personal account. Duplicate accounts may be removed without notice.
  • Vendor accounts are subject to additional verification and must be approved by our admin team before listings become active.

Booking & Reservation

When you submit a booking request through the Platform, you are making an offer to reserve the selected room at the stated price and dates.

  • Availability: All bookings are subject to real-time room availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us via email.
  • Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all booking details — including check-in date, check-out date, number of guests, and contact information — are correct before confirming.
  • Pricing: Prices displayed are per room per night and are inclusive of applicable service charges unless otherwise stated. Local taxes may be added at checkout depending on the property's location.
  • Booking window: Check-in dates must fall within 365 days of today, and stays are limited to 90 nights per booking unless otherwise approved by the property.
  • Modifications: Post-confirmation modifications (date changes, room upgrades) are subject to availability and the property's modification policy. Contact our support team with your booking reference.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a specific deferred-payment option is offered by the property. The following payment methods are accepted on the Platform:

  • Credit & debit cards (Stripe): Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted internationally. All card transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
  • EasyPaisa: Pakistani guests may pay via EasyPaisa mobile wallet. The transaction is processed directly by Telenor Microfinance Bank. An EasyPaisa account and sufficient wallet balance are required.
  • JazzCash: JazzCash mobile wallet payments are accepted and processed by Mobile Commerce (Pvt.) Ltd. Your JazzCash account must have sufficient funds at the time of checkout.

All amounts are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or wallet provider. Khan Familia Travels does not store payment credentials on its servers.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary by property and rate type. The applicable policy is displayed clearly on the room detail page before you confirm your booking.

  • Free cancellation: If a room is offered under a free-cancellation rate, you may cancel up to the deadline stated on the booking page for a full refund.
  • Partially refundable: Some rates allow cancellation with a partial refund based on how far in advance the cancellation is made. The refund percentage and applicable deadlines are shown at checkout.
  • Non-refundable: Non-refundable bookings are explicitly labelled. No refund will be issued for cancellations or no-shows under these rates, regardless of circumstances.
  • Refund processing: Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days for cards. EasyPaisa and JazzCash refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your wallet, subject to their respective processing timelines.

Guest Responsibilities

  • You agree to comply with all house rules and policies set by the property, including check-in and check-out times, smoking policies, and noise regulations.
  • You are financially liable for any damage to the property, its fixtures, or furnishings caused by you or any member of your group during the stay.
  • The number of guests staying must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the room listing.
  • You must present valid identification matching your booking name upon check-in. Failure to do so may result in the property refusing entry without a refund.
  • Reviews submitted through the Platform must be honest, factual, and based on your personal experience. Fake, biased, or defamatory reviews are strictly prohibited.

Vendor & Property Owner Terms

Hotel owners and property managers (“Vendors”) who list on the Platform are subject to the following additional conditions:

  • All listings must be accurate, up to date, and not misleading. Photographs must represent the actual current condition of the property.
  • Vendors warrant that they hold the legal right to offer the listed accommodation as short-term rentals under applicable local law.
  • Pricing, availability, and cancellation policies must be kept current. Confirmed bookings may not be cancelled by vendors without guest consent except in demonstrable force-majeure circumstances.
  • Vendors must honour all confirmed bookings or arrange equivalent or superior alternative accommodation for the guest at no additional cost.
  • Vendors are subject to property listing limits based on their account status and plan. The platform enforces a pre-upload property limit check; vendors who reach their limit will not be able to add new properties until approved or upgraded.
  • Vendor onboarding requires admin approval and verification. All applications are reviewed for authenticity and compliance before listings become active.
  • Khan Familia Travels reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any listing or vendor account that consistently receives poor guest reviews, violates these terms, is found to contain false information, or engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

Suspension & Banning Policy

  • Accounts may be suspended or banned for repeated violations, fraud, abuse, harassment, submitting false information, or any conduct deemed harmful to guests, vendors, or the platform.
  • Suspended users lose access to their account and listings. Banned users are permanently removed and may not re-register. Listings associated with banned users are deactivated.
  • Users may appeal suspensions or bans by contacting support. Appeals are reviewed within 10 business days; decisions are final unless new evidence is provided.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
  • Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorised to access.
  • Submit false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or reports.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Platform without prior written permission.
  • Circumvent any security, authentication, or rate-limiting mechanism on the Platform.
  • Engage in any conduct that could damage, overload, or impair the Platform's infrastructure.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, or both.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface designs, software, and compiled data — is the property of Khan Familia Travels or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by applicable law (e.g., personal, non-commercial printing of a booking confirmation).

By submitting content to the Platform (such as reviews or photos), you grant Khan Familia Travels a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content on the Platform and in related promotional materials.

Disclaimers & Liability

Khan Familia Travels acts solely as an intermediary technology platform connecting guests with independent hotel operators. We do not own, operate, or manage any of the listed properties.

  • We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any listed property. Guest reviews and star ratings are third-party opinions.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability arising from or related to any booking or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where practicable, send a notification to registered users via email.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must discontinue using the Platform.
